Products purchased from baxbyposture.com are eligible for return and are accepted up to 45 days from the shipping date. Returns should be returned in the original packaging and in like-new condition to receive a refund. Damaged or incomplete items will not be refunded unless proof of manufacturer defect can be supplied.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
